Cleanse for Health Benefits-Issue #001 - No time like the Present
November 12, 2007

How many times have you heard the saying, “There’s no time like the present”? One of our most common human behaviours is procrastination. Do you recall the last-minute study sessions for exams in school, or the rush to finish an assignment on the day it was due? How about odd jobs around the house that you keep meaning to strike off the long “To Do” list, but never manage to complete. Perhaps you’d like to find a new job or start a new business of your own, yet time seem to goes by and you just don’t get around to taking the first steps toward your objective.

Some of the things you put off aren’t particularly urgent. The dust bunnies down the hall can wait for another’s day cleaning, and you can probably go another week without a haircut. But procrastination with your health and well-being is a serious matter.

Good health underlies the enjoyment and success of everything else in life. We often take for granted the ability of our bodies to withstand daily stress and pressing schedules, not to mention the poor eating habits we develop for speed and convenience, and the chemical soup we’re subjected to in our increasingly toxic environment. Not until our disregard results in a loss of energy, focus and endurance and possibly illness, are we reminded of how essential and influential our optimal state of health really is. It is simply irreplaceable.

The season of renewal is the perfect time to make a commitment to your most precious possession: your well-being. Begin with the multiple benefits of body cleansing. Release harmful toxins and feed your cells with superior nutrition to revitalize your energy, promote weight loss and restore balance. Consider your cleansing program the “springboard” to a new wellness lifestyle that includes fresh, nourishing foods, purified water, exercise, rest and stress management and a spectrum of quality supplements to support your wellness goals.

There is no better time then now to feel strong and healthy. You will derive more from all others aspects of your life and help ensure your vitality long into the future.
