Metabolism Ingredients

you will find in my capsules

Each of the Metabolism Ingredients listed below will give you a general idea as to how each one will aid you in getting higher healthy energy levels. When we cleanse for health benefits, we are also helping our metabolism to become healthier as well.

To me the definition of metabolism is a natural chemical reaction process that allows our cells to grow and reproduce, maintain their structures, and respond to their environments. We need to make sure that our metabolism is in good working order; we need to feed our body the most important ingredients available to us in order to achieve this.

Apple Cider Vinegar: This metabolism ingredient is said to "cure more ailments than any other folk remedy" Besides being a natural stimulant for vitality, Apple Cider Vinegar cleanses and restores nutrients to the body so that the body can heal itself.

Green Tea Extract: This metabolism ingredient is believed to aid in Weight Loss. In November 1999, the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition published the results of a study at the University of Geneva in Switzerland. Researchers found that men who were given a combination of caffeine and green tea extract burned more calories than that given only caffeine or a placebo.

There was no difference between caffeine users and placebo users in terms of fat calorie burning or overall calorie burning. The scientist surmised that substances know as catechin polyphenols in the green tea extract may alter the body’s use of norepinephrine, a chemical transmitter in the nervous system, to increase the rate of calorie burning.

In their conclusion, the scientist stated, “Green tea has thermogenic properties and promotes fat oxidation beyond that explained by its caffeine content per se. The green tea extract may play a role in the control of body composition via sympathetic activation of thermogenesis, fat oxidation, or both.”

Perhaps most importantly, the scientist noted that use of green tea extract was “not accompanied by an increase in heart rate.” This leaves open the possibility of using green tea as an alternative to stimulant-based diet drugs, which may cause adverse effects on obese individuals and patients with hypertension and other cardiovascular conditions.

Alpha-Lipoic Acid: This metabolism ingredient is believed to be the Universal Antioxidant, a very powerful antioxidant. Discovered in 1951, it serves as a coenzyme in the Krebs cycle and in the production of cellular energy. Alpha-lipoic acid is said to prevent or treat many age-related diseases, from heart disease, and stroke to diabetes and Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease, as well as declines in energy, muscle strength, brain function, and immunity. Alpha-lipoic acid is also being studied for HIV disease and multiple sclerosis.

Cayenne Pepper Fruit (Capsicum annum): This metabolism ingredient is a powerful stimulant. Cayenne pepper fruit exerts a number of beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system. It reduces the likelihood of developing arteriosclerosis by reducing blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Cayenne also reduces the platelet aggregation and increases fibrinolytic activity. Cultures consuming a large amount of Cayenne pepper have a much lower rate of cardiovascular disease. Cayenne has been used as medicine for centuries. It was considered helpful for various conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, including stomachaches, cramping pains, and gas. Cayenne was frequently used to treat diseases of the circulatory system. It is still traditionally used in herbal medicine as a circulatory tonic (a substance believed to improve circulation). Many people consume lots of hot peppers in tropical climates, as the heat will induce perspiration, which actually helps a person to cool off. Cayenne's primary chemical constituents include capsaicin, capsanthine, beta-carotene, flavonoids, and vitamin C. Cayenne causes the brain to secrete more endorphins. It is considered thermogenic, meaning it can "rev up" metabolism and aid in weight loss. Cayenne also improves circulation. Cayenne helps to relieve pain, not only due to its endorphin enhancing properties, but also when diluted and used topically it helps to block the transmission of substance P, which transports pain messages to the brain.

Pau D’ Arco Inner-Bark Extract: This metabolism ingredient had laboratory studies which have shown that pau d'arco has pain killing, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, anti-infectious, anti-psoriatic, and anti-cancer abilities. Brazilian herbalists use Pau D’arco to treat ulcers, rheumatism, cancer, and ringworm. It’s a very popular tea for Candida fungal infections, inflammation, and other infections. Some traditional healers claim that this tea can even help cure cancer. Pau d’arco has become so popular a remedy in the United States that the trees are in danger of becoming extinct.

Pau d’arco seems to be helpful for treating yeast infections. It is beneficial for vaginal candidiasis and oral thrush candidiasis. Pau d’arco also has some antibiotic and antifungal properties, and it sometimes reduces the inflammation of arthritis. Scientists have found that lapachol, the active ingredient in Pau d’arco, can block fungal infections and destroy intestinal parasites. It can kill bacteria and viruses that cause infections such as herpes simplex, influenza, and polio.

Cinnamon Dried Bark (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum): This metabolism ingredient Cinnamon is the dried bark of various laurel trees in the cinnamomum family. One of the more common trees from which Cinnamon is derived is the cassia. Ground cinnamon is perhaps the most common baking spice.

Like many culinary spices, cinnamon helps soothe the stomach. But a Japanese animal study revealed that it also might help prevent ulcers.

White Willow Bark (Salix Alba): This metabolism ingredient White Willow is a tree that grows primarily in central and southern Europe, but also is found in North America. The bark has been used medicinally for thousands of years to treat fever and headaches. White willow bark is the original source of salicin a weaker forerunner of aspirin. Through the ages, long before the discovery of its constituent salicin, white willow bark was used to combat many painful conditions, including rheumatism, headache, neuralgia, arthritis, gout, and angina.

Eleutherococcus Senticosus Root Extract: This metabolism ingredient improves cerebral circulation and detoxifies the blood. Protects against radiation damage, stress, fatigue, high blood sugar. Increases endurance and balances hormones.

American Ginseng Root (Panax Quinquefolius): This metabolism ingredient is what Chinese consider to be a true panacea--a drug with the ability to cure any ailment; in fact, the genus name, Panax, is derived from this belief. The Chinese have valued the root of their Panax ginseng L. for centuries, such that truly wild ginseng became nearly extinct. American ginseng is considered superior for gastrointestinal problems.

Royal Jelly Extract(Apis Mellifrea): This metabolism ingredient, Royal jelly has not lived up to expectations that it is an important anti-aging substance. But it is not without medical interest. Royal jelly may have hypolipidemic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antiproliferative activities. Royal jelly consists of an emulsion of proteins, sugars, lipids and some other substances in a water base. Royal jelly also contains vitamins, such as pantothenic acid, minerals and phytosterols. Neopterin, or 2-amino-6- (1,2,3-trihydroxypropyl)-4 (3H)-pteridinone, was initially isolated from royal jelly. Neopterin is also found in humans, and, although its precise role is not known, it appears to play an important role in the human immune system.

Yucca Root (Yucca Baccata): This metabolism ingredient is what Native Americans have used for sprains, sores, bleeding, and all sorts of inflammation. Yucca is currently being used as a treatment for arthritis, although its effectiveness has not been officially recognized. Yucca, a desert plant related to the Joshua tree, grows primarily in the southwestern United States. The medicinal parts are the stalk and root. Yucca can be regarded as fairly safe; it's an FDA-approved food additive, used as a foaming agent in beverages such as root beer. Researchers testing Yucca for its effect against arthritis speculate that it works by blocking intestinal release of toxins that inhibit normal formation of cartilage. In test tube studies, an extract of one species of Yucca has been found to fight deadly melanoma cancer cells.

The metabolism ingredients, in my metabolism capsules in my opinion are of the highest quality ingredients that one could only hope to find in this type of an energy capsule.
